FAQs

Answers about AI listing photo enhancement

Clear answers about the workflow, trial, credits, targeted edits, and how final images are prepared for listing platforms.

Are enhanced photos ready for Airbnb, VRBO, and real estate listings?

Yes, approved photos are intended to be downloaded and used as polished listing assets.

You should still review each final image before posting it. The best listings use images that are polished, accurate, and consistent with the real property.

Are my uploaded property photos private?

Uploaded and generated photos are stored temporarily in a private image bucket and accessed through signed links. Photos and edit instructions may be sent to private image-processing providers only as needed to perform enhancement and upscaling.

PerfProperty does not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so review the full Privacy Policy for the current details.

Can I compare the original photo with different versions?

Yes. Each photo keeps a version history that includes the original image and the generated alternatives from enhancements or edits. You can move between those versions and choose the one you prefer before approval.

This comparison is an important part of the workflow. It helps you confirm that the polished result still communicates the same real room, view, furnishings, condition, and amenities as the original.

Can I delete my photos from PerfProperty?

Yes. You can remove an individual photo from the workspace or start a new session to clear the current set. Temporary remote image assets are deleted with those workspace actions where applicable.

You can also delete your account or contact support for account, privacy, or deletion help. Some billing, transaction, security, or dispute records may still be retained where legally or operationally required.

Can I edit a specific part of a property photo?

Yes. PerfProperty lets you click an area of the image and describe what should change there.

This is useful when one part of a room needs attention, such as a dark corner, a distracting object, a dull surface, or a window area that needs more balance.

Can I enhance multiple photos from the same property?

Yes. Signed-in users can upload multiple photos, run enhancements, review each result, and export all approved images together. PerfProperty processes a limited number at once so a larger gallery may complete in stages.

The free no-signup trial is limited to one uploaded photo. That smaller trial is meant to let you judge the workflow and result before using credits on a full listing gallery.

Can I remove clutter or distracting objects from a photo?

Yes. You can click a temporary distraction, such as loose clutter or an object that should not have been in the shot, and describe what you want removed.

Use this carefully. An edit should not hide material damage, remove a permanent feature, invent missing space, or make the property appear different from what guests or buyers will find. Review the cleaned area and the surrounding room before approval.

Can I revise or redo an enhanced photo?

Yes. You can apply another edit to the version you are viewing or regenerate the photo from the original image. Version history lets you compare the alternatives before choosing a final result.

For signed-in users, each new edit or regeneration uses one credit. The no-signup trial includes the first enhancement and one guided edit so you can experience the core workflow before creating an account.

Can PerfProperty correct dark rooms and bright windows?

PerfProperty can improve uneven exposure, brighten a dark part of a room, reduce an unwanted color cast, or create better balance around a bright window. You can also click the problem area and describe the result you want.

Severely clipped highlights or shadows may not contain enough original detail to recover perfectly. Make sure the final view, especially anything visible outside a window, remains accurate to the property.

Can PerfProperty fix a blurry or low-resolution photo?

Enhancement can make visible details feel clearer and more polished, and approved images receive an upscaling step. It cannot reliably recover property information that was never captured because of severe blur, obstruction, compression, or very low resolution.

Use the clearest original file available. Recreating missing architectural or furnishing details can make a listing inaccurate, so replace an unusable source photo instead of relying on enhancement to invent what is not visible.

Do I need an account to try PerfProperty?

No. You can use the free trial route to try the workflow without creating an account first.

If you want to process more photos, save work under your account, or buy credits, you can create an account when you are ready.

Does PerfProperty require a subscription?

No. PerfProperty uses one-time credit packs rather than a recurring subscription. You can try one photo without signing up, then create an account and buy credits when you have more listing photos to process.

One initial enhancement uses one credit, and each additional edit or regeneration uses another. This pay-as-needed approach is intended for hosts and property managers whose photo workload changes over time.

How can I download my finished photos?

Approve the version you want to use, then download the selected image. On supported mobile devices, PerfProperty may open the native sharing menu so you can save or send the file through your usual workflow.

Signed-in users can also export all approved photos in one ZIP archive. Approved final images are produced as upscaled JPEGs, and exported filenames use an enhanced_ prefix to keep them distinct from the originals.

How long are uploaded and enhanced photos stored?

Temporary image sessions are designed to expire after seven days unless you delete them sooner or delete your account. The temporary session can contain original uploads, generated versions, approved images, annotations, and the metadata needed to recover your work.

Your browser may also keep local in-progress session data on your device. Account, billing, security, and transaction records can follow different retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

How long does a photo enhancement take?

PerfProperty is designed to produce a useful first result in minutes, but there is no fixed completion time. Timing can vary with the image, your connection, current service demand, and the number of photos in a batch.

Signed-in sessions are temporarily saved so work can recover after a refresh or browser interruption. If an individual request times out, retry it once rather than approving an incomplete result.

How many credits does one photo use?

One initial enhancement uses one credit. If you ask for another edit or redo, that submission uses one additional credit.

You can include multiple requested changes in a single edit submission, which helps you keep the workflow efficient.

How should I write a targeted edit request?

Click the part of the photo that needs attention, then use a short and concrete instruction such as "brighten this corner," "remove the bag beside the sofa," or "neutralize the yellow color on this wall."

One edit submission can include multiple requested changes and uses one additional credit. The marked areas guide the edit, but review the whole result because generated changes can sometimes affect nearby details.

What does PerfProperty change automatically?

The first enhancement focuses on making the photo look brighter, clearer, more balanced, and more polished for a property listing. Depending on the source photo, that can include improving exposure, color balance, contrast, visible detail, and distracting visual roughness.

Generated results can be imperfect. Review the entire image before approval and use a targeted edit when one area needs more attention.

What happens if a photo fails to process?

Retry the photo once if the failure appears temporary. PerfProperty is designed not to count a failed service attempt or to restore the reserved credit or trial attempt when the failure happens after reservation.

If a credit appears to have been charged incorrectly, contact support with your account email and a short description of what happened. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

What is AI listing photo enhancement?

AI listing photo enhancement uses image models to improve property photos for online listings. It can brighten dark rooms, balance color, sharpen details, reduce visual distractions, and make images feel more polished.

For hosts and property managers, the goal is not to create a fake room. The goal is to make the real room easier for guests to evaluate.

What should I do if an enhancement does not look right?

Compare it with the original and check the entire frame, especially room proportions, permanent features, furnishings, windows, views, and amenities. If one area is wrong, mark it and request a specific correction. You can also regenerate from the original.

Do not approve or publish an image that could create false expectations. If the same issue continues, contact support and explain what you expected to happen.

What types of photos work best with PerfProperty?

Start with a clear, well-framed photo that shows the real room, exterior, or amenity. Phone photos are welcome, and results are strongest when the important features are visible rather than severely blurred, blocked, or extremely dark.

Tidying the space and choosing a useful angle before uploading gives the enhancement a better foundation. The goal is to polish a strong view of the real property, not replace thoughtful photography or invent details that were not captured.

Which image files can I upload, and how large can they be?

You can upload JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF images. Each photo must be 20 MB or smaller. PerfProperty converts HEIC and HEIF photos to JPEG in your browser before enhancement.

If a file cannot be added, try exporting it as a JPG or PNG and upload it again. Using a standard image format also makes the finished file easier to use across listing platforms.

Who owns the photos and enhanced outputs?

You retain the rights you have in the photos you upload and the outputs generated for you. You must have the permission or rights needed to upload and process each source photo.

Using PerfProperty gives the service limited permission to process the uploads, annotations, generated versions, and related data only as needed to provide the workflow. Review the current Terms of Service for the complete policy.

Will enhancement change the room or property itself?

It should not materially change the layout, room size, views, furnishings, condition, or amenities that a guest or buyer will experience. PerfProperty is built to improve how the real property is presented, not create a different property.

AI results still require human review. If an output changes an important feature or creates a misleading impression, do not publish it. Request a precise correction or regenerate the photo from the original.
